Payments and Subscriptions
▶ How much does it cost to watch the videos?
For concerts, streamed live or on-demand, the cost is $4.99 per concert. If you'll be watching more than one concert in a given month, we recommend signing up for the Monthly Pass at $8.99, which grants access to all concerts in a given month as well as our growing library of on-demand content.
▶ Can I purchase my webcast ticket in advance?
Yes, you can, and we highly encourage it!
▶ Does my monthly subscription renew automatically?
No -- to prevent any unintended credit card charges, you must manually renew you subscription when it expires.
▶ I paid to watch the webcast and it didn’t work for me. What do I do?
First, be sure to review our technical requirements to make sure there's nothing you can do on your system to remedy the problem. If you can't make the site work for you, contact us at webcast-help@emptysea.com for a refund.
Technical Questions
▶ What hardware and software do I need to view webcasts?
You need the following hardware and software to view our webcasts:
- A recent version of any of the following web browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome.
- Javascript must be enabled on your browser.
- An internet connection of at least 1 Mbps download speed, preferably 3 MBps or higher for best performance. (to test your internet connection speed, click here.)
- To take advantage of our CD-quality sound, you'll want a pair of good headphones or to connect your computer to a stereo system!
